How reliable are the class review for Skillshare

I signed up to Skillshare Because of free trial.

The afternoon BEFORE my trial was supposed to finish I got the email from them thanking me to Premium.

Obviously, I was confused. It's normal for organizations to offer free trials in hopes that you enjoy the product enough to actually cover it. What isn't normal is for your company to LIE for you and bill you the day before the free trial is supposed to finish, in effect frees you and then quitting your money. I was angry.

I looked online and following 30 minutes of digging, I found a phone number for your company (Red flag, exactly what legitimate company doesn't have an easily accessible customer service number?) . I called that number and it moved right to voicemail. The voice on the voicemail sounded like some stoned college child, finish with "ums" and "likes" (Red flag amount 2). At this point I was freaking out because all these adventures were causing me to believe this actually was a scam. The only option left to me was to write them an email through their website. This was over 3 months before, and I've yet to find a response.

I am appalled at the way they handle company (by first tricking their customers, then ignoring their concerns). They stole my money without warning and are now unreachable.

I went back on their site as well as their advertising for Premium is really a lie. It clearly states that your Premium account is cancelable at anytime. What they actually mean is you're able to cancel it so it will not renew at the next billing cycle (that can be an entire year!!) . They Skillshare Project - Transition Town Totnes are crooks. If their content were some good, I would have happily continued using their services, but each of their movies are things I could locate on YouTube or other areas at no cost. The one thing that I am do now is save other people the hassle.

DO NOT register for your free trial. If you do a little more research you will discover a multitude of other reviews like mine.

Proceed into Lynda.com or YouTube. Please, do not make the same mistake I did, and stay away!!

I composed Skillshare one final time, and it looks like in the previous 4 weeks they've really upped their client support match. I obtained a biased response apologizing to my previous experience and with an offer to repay me all of my cash. This gesture was more than I expected, and I am look at here now thankful to know that people do really work at this company, and it appears they are listening to the negative reviews and trying to make a better company. I have a sour taste in my mouth, but I feel like after they ended up giving me all my cash I need to upgrade my review and provide them more than one celebrity.
